P House

Building

El Burgo de Ebro, Saragossa (Spain)

2013

Architect
Juan Carlos Salas

The P-shape floorplan groups the common areas in a large open space. The program of the construction separates functions in three floors: groundfloor for daily activities and parking, first floor for bedrooms and underground for recreation activities and meetings. The vertical connection is the axis of the building, it is a sculptural concrete staircase into a doble-sized high space lightened from ceiling through a skylight.

The interior atmosphere is a combination of warm materials with grey colours, lightened with large windows and one skylight.
