Mimesis: “Imitation or reproduction of the real world, as by re-creating instances of human action as events or portrying objects found in nature.”

Two properties of water, fluidity and transparency, are emphasized by the use of two simple and effective resources. The shape of the fountain opposes the water flow gravity to the phisical support. And the use of a reflective material as a re-creation the surrounding environment.

Two materials are combined to conduct the water. A body of a white pre-cast concrete panel with polished high-gloss finish that support two drinking faucets. And a steel plinth, laquered in difernet colors according to the site, contains technical pipework elements.
