Bookmo Lamp is a modular lighting product made different lamps inspired by the shape and mobility of books. User can combine the modules customizing the ambient according to necessities and comfort. A concept of interaction of opposite materials (solid-soft, opaque-translucent, dark-lightened) represents the paradox of the attraction for contradictory elements.
The lamp is made from a rigid frame of metal finished white epoxy and a paper screen filtering the light through the openings. A system of rechargeable batteries powers the LED stripes producing an adequate lighting level during long cycles.
