The intervention takes place in a residential building constructed in 1939 with heritage value, characterized by its fragmented interior layout, high ceilings, ornamentation, and abundant natural light. The proposal reorganizes the dwelling by eliminating partitions, creating more spacious, flexible, and connected areas that cater to the specific needs of the new users. The intervention recovers and highlights original features, respects the building’s construction logic, and at the same time creates a balanced atmosphere.

The interior design combines bright whites, natural wood, and soft color accents, aiming for visual and tactile continuity across the different rooms. Contemporary furniture is integrated discreetly, while the choice of textiles and finishes brings warmth and a sense of home. In the living room, a carefully curated selection of pictorial artworks introduces a chromatic and material counterpoint that reinforces the space’s identity. The pieces, specifically chosen for the project, blend naturally with the architecture, enhancing the sensory experience of inhabiting the space.
